Occupied Home Staging - Our home staging services begin with you. We visit your home, have you guide us on a tour of the property, and listen to why you are selling and when you’ll be showing your house. You’ll receive a detailed list of what can be done to prepare your home to sell quickly and for top dollar. We start at the curb and move through the house and to the back of the property, including all aspects of your property that will attract a buyer. Once you have the consultation with the list, we can do as little or as much as you like to help you prepare your home for showing to the public. You can also receive a bid based per room or project for our Meridian professionals to complete the To Do List you received in your consultation.
Vacant Home Staging - So you’ve already moved, and your home is empty and not very warm and fuzzy from a buyer’s viewpoint. You can count on us to help you lightly appoint your empty property to help the buyer see the architecture, square footage and charm of your home. Or, you may choose to have it completely furnished with that “move in ready” look.
Staging to Live – You’ve sold your Staged house and are ready to move into your new castle. You loved the look and simplicity of the house we helped you prepare. Want to start off on the right foot in the new place? We’ll develop a plan, working with what you have. We can do as little or as much as you like to help you take advantage of your new home’s attributes.

Homeowner Move-in Assistance
Moving to a new home can be a daunting task. Unpacking, organizing and positioning your accessories, furniture and other personal belongings in your new home can be overwhelming and confusing at times. We can help! Vacant Residential Staging – Your client is out of town, or has just moved on to the next residence and this house/apartment/condo needs to sell fast. You can expect our professional staff of stagers to know what furniture and accessories will give if that “lived in, homey” look. Maybe it’s just a few rooms completely furnished, or it could be vignettes of several pieces that will appeal to the buying public. We plan, deliver, set up and provide photos of the property. The client invests in the initial set up and leases the pieces that are used. The investment in Staging any home is significantly less than the cost of the first price reduction.
