Julie McDonald - Founder & Principal After 14 years in the Real Estate Industry, Julie decided to combine her passion for Real Estate and Home Décor and head in a new direction. As the Founder of Meridian Home Staging & Design, her primary goal was to create a company that genuinely cared about its clients and strived to help them achieve the highest return on their investment in Home Staging. Today, she Stages multiple houses every week and is happy to say that she has seen the initial vision of her company come true!
As an accomplished Interior Decorator, she is fortunate enough to have decorated 2 award winning model homes, as well as numerous Builder Model Homes throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. She also works with private residential clients with everything from helping them choose their paint colors to helping them furnish and decorate their entire home! |

Jennifer Barcinas-Miller - Associate Jennifer has practiced Real Estate in one capacity or another for 5+years. An accomplished artist, seamstress and decorator, she has applied her ample talents in a variety of ways. She started sewing draperies in her home 10 years ago, as well as helping her friends and family decorate their new living spaces, and also painting custom wall murals in her “spare time”. It didn’t take long for that effort to grow into a satisfying business that ultimately allowed her to resign from her position as a New Home Sales Manager and focus on her creative talents full time! She is an invaluable asset to Meridian Home Staging & Design! |
In addition to our core staff, we sometimes utilize a network of subcontracted Home Stagers, based on individual job locations. All subcontracted Home Stagers are certified Accredited Staging Professionals through www.stagedhomes.com.
